Grand Pines Resort is located on beautiful Round Lake in Hayward, and is northern Wisconsin’s premier resort. Our accommodations include 22 rustic cabins and ten motel rooms, offering a total of 70 bedrooms. You may view all of our cabins and motel rooms, rates and general information on the lodging page. The Original Famous Dave's Barbeque Restaurant is located on our property, along with executive meeting facilities to accommodate groups up to 150.
Our meeting facilities include the Majestic Pines Room and the Royal Oaks Room, which are tucked into the woods near Famous Dave's, with an outdoor patio perfect for a break during your event. Catering service is available, offering award-winning barbeque and other delicious menu choices.
There is no charge to use our facilities for weddings, reunions, parties, and business meetings if you rent at least five motel rooms or three cabins. If you do not rent our accommodations, we charge $100 room rental fee. Additional wedding service fees are listed below, and audio/visual equipment rental fees are listed on a separate page. Weddings and/or receptions will be charged a $100 setup fee in addition to the room rental charge.
We can provide information about renting larger tents, a dance floor and other equipment needed to accommodate your wedding guests. We can also provide leads for local vendors for your wedding needs. We do not make wedding cakes, but you may supply your own, or we can recommend a local baker. Charges for equipment rented from outside vendors will be charged to the customer, not to Grand Pines Resort or Famous Dave's.

Grand Pines Resort is a full-service resort offering comfortably appointed motel rooms and cabins and the Original Famous Dave's Barbeque Restaurant with catering opportunities. Our event staff will be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs and special requests. See Meeting Room Layout

Special equipment can be rented at an additional cost. Requirements should be specified at least five working days in advance of your event.
