There is no charge to use our facilities for weddings, reunions, parties, and business meetings if you rent at least five motel rooms or three cabins. If you do not rent our accommodations, we charge $100 room rental fee. We will deliver our award-winning barbeque or any catering menu item to your location within 100 miles of Hayward. Delivery fee is $25 for locations within a 25-mile drive of Famous Dave's and $50 delivery fee for locations more than a 25-mile drive away.

If you would like, our staff will come to your location and set up your catered food, keep it continuously stocked, serve your guests as needed and clean up after the event for just $16/hour per server or bartender. Most events will require at least two staff members.

Menu selections should be finalized seven days prior to your event’s scheduled date, and a guaranteed number of guests is requested at least 72 hours prior to the event. Payment in full will be collected the date of the event.
